Building a new yacht is a deeply exciting process of creating a dream from scratch. The future owner will receive comprehensive support at all stages: identifying and discussing the main idea, choosing the best options among projects with a full technical and financial assessment — from the choice of shipyard and design concept to interior accents, modern electronic devices and individual preferences.
The multi-stage process of building a new yacht is like traveling through all latitudes with an experienced team.
Technical Refit ⟶
Technical refit implies the process of repair and renewal of any hydraulic, mechanic and electric system of a vessel, installation of additional windows, hatches, cranes or additional equipment.
In practice any refit is either a comprehensive one, or has some mixed features with the interior refit. Thus the quality requirements for the personnel and the capacities of a technical service center get even higher.
Interior Refit ⟶
Interior refit is most commonly the one of an aesthetics intention and is destined for visual renewal and artistic beauty of the vessel -without involving changes in the layout. Producing custom-made and made-to-order furniture, renewing teak decks, reorganizing new layouts of living spaces, creating new interior designs… — we offer interior refit services at our own three service centers as well as at the best workshops specialized on yachts up to 90 meters in Italy, Greece and Turkey.

Stages of yacht construction
Stage 1
Project discussion, choosing naval architect and shipyardThe most important thing is to listen to the wishes of the Owner: the estimated budget for construction and annual maintenance, the number of guests, the region of travel, the estimated number of days on board, the design concept, the degree of personalization and the delivery time.
Stage 2
Project developmentThen we develop several alternative projects of different models and shipyards that comply to the budget and delivery terms. After the project is chosen it has to be elaborated up to the finest detail. If the project is a totally customized solution, the terms of elaborating the project and its finalization last from 2 weeks up to a month. After the contract on construction is negotiated and signed, the projects is started in the hull.
Stage 3
Construction and supervisionAlong the whole period of construction our company keeps controlling every stage and provides regular reports on the work in progress. Our surveyors visit the shipyard for mid-term inspections and corrections. The future Owner can insert some changes even at this stage, yet understanding that it can cause some delay in delivery.
Stage 4
Completion and deliveryFirst sea trial is made together with the first launch and the subsequent trials are performed while the processes of interior installation takes place already on water. At every stage snagging lists are filled in and exact terms for final corrections set up. After our surveyors have accepted the yacht up to the last inch, she is delivered for acceptance to the representative of Client.

In our work on the construction of the yacht, we proceed from the wishes of the future Owner and the outcome of the discussion of the project. Then we negotiate with several shipyards and give recommendations and suggestions based on the availability of hulls, delivery dates and construction conditions.
